Return Eligibility
Items may be returned if they meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in the original packaging
- Include all accessories and parts
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used products
- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and work quickly to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
